El Hotel Casa de Adobe nace como un emprendimiento familiar, convirtiendo la dura experiencia del terremoto del 2010 , en una oportunidad para restaurar y poner en valor esta construcción de mas de 150 años. Así, la casa es reconocida por el Ministerio de Vivienda como una de las pocas que quedaron en pie y que representa un valor patrimonial por su antiguedad y sus características constructivas. (Resol. 1125/11)
Ubicada en un predio de 18 hectareas, en el cruce del camino a Quillon con la entrada a Bulnes y luego de dos años de esforzada reconstrucción, la casa se convierte en un hotel de campo, ofreciendo alojamiento con desayuno a visitantes de todas partes del mundo.
Recientemente se ha implementado un área de SPA que complementa la experiencia de relajación con la belleza del lugar y el entorno especialmente energético y tranquilo que otorga el campo. Así, actualmente el hotel dispone de 6 habitaciones, 3 cabañas familiares, 2 piscinas exteriores, además de una pequeña laguna, bote, bicicletas y otros elementos para la recreación y diversión de los visitantes.
